Perfect World International is preparing to launch its third expansion very soon. It will include a new playable race called the Tideborn whos origins lie in the waters south of Dream Weaver Port.
The Tideborn two classes include the Assassin and the Psychic.

New Public Quest System
In the world of the Tideborn, you may encounter many interesting things. Among these, quests are one of the things that stand out. Players can feel the exhilaration and joy of gaming by achieving coin, items, or EXP rewards through quests. In the Perfect World Prequel there is something new to get excited about, public quests!
What is a Public Quest?
To put it simply, public quests are quests that are completed by all players. When you’re doing normal quests, you won’t share the quest progress with others unless you are in a squad. The progress of a public quest is shared by everyone. That means, anyone doing the same quests will influence each others’ progress. Players might be cooperating, or they might be working against you. Together they help to push quest progress onward. Only in these public quests can a player really have the feeling of influencing the live world.
Contributions/Rewards
Public quests break the old way of acquiring and completing quests. A player can participate in the completion of the quest at any time. The rewards from Public Quests are distributed in a unique manner, and they are based on each player’s contribution. The more you have contributed to the quest, the higher grade reward you will get. For public quests, a ranking board will be displayed to let the player know their contribution, as well as ranks and rewards.
As you might have guessed, contribution means how much you have done in a quest. The contribution value is based on your monster kills, quest items collections, and damage inflicted to the boss, etc.
FAQ
A: Absolutely.
Will the squad limit still be 6 players?
A: Yes. Even though the total number of classes is being raised to 8, we still feel that a squad of 6 is ideal for group type content.
Will there be new quests/content for high level players or only new quests for Tideborn 1-19?
A: There are some new quests for all existing classes, as well as the quests for Tideborn 1-19.
Will Psychic and Assassin be multi-gender like Wizard/Blademaster? Or will they be restricted like Barbarian/Venomancer?
A: The new Tideborn classes will be multi-gender.
Will there be an underwater dungeon?
A: There will of course be new content that takes place underwater. At release there will not be an underwater dungeon, but that doesn’t mean that it isn’t in the pipeline.
What kind of flying mounts will the Tideborn use?
A: The Tideborn will use a new set of wings exclusive to their race.
Will the level cap increase?
A: No. The level cap will not increase with the Rising Tide Expansion.

The two new classes seem promising. The Assasin sounds like a cross between a dex build Fist weapon blademaster and a archer. I wonder if an assasin or light armor fist bm will be better.
